These terms govern your use of the CitiDeveloper website. By accessing the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

These website terms do not by themselves create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or agency relationship.

The website provides general information about CitiDeveloper, possible services, working methods, and educational topics. Content is provided for general information and may not address your particular commercial, technical, financial, or legal circumstances.

Service descriptions are illustrative. Availability, scope, timing, fees, responsibilities, deliverables, warranties, ownership, support, and acceptance criteria for client work are established only in a separate written agreement or accepted proposal.

Sending an enquiry does not require CitiDeveloper to accept a project or reserve capacity. A project begins only when the parties have accepted the applicable written agreement and any required initial payment or other commencement conditions have been satisfied.

Proposal information may be time-limited and based on assumptions stated in the proposal. Changes to requirements, dependencies, access, content, approvals, or third-party services may affect scope, fees, and timing.

Search visibility, advertising outcomes, sales, leads, platform approval, third-party uptime, and business performance depend on factors outside CitiDeveloper's control. We do not guarantee a particular search position, traffic level, conversion rate, revenue result, or approval by a third-party platform unless a separate written agreement expressly states a defined commitment.

Unless otherwise indicated, this website's original text, design, graphics, branding, and code are owned by or licensed to CitiDeveloper and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal evaluation of our services, but may not reproduce, sell, publish, scrape, repackage, or create misleading derivative use without permission.

Third-party names, logos, technologies, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Client-project ownership is governed by the applicable project agreement, not these website terms.

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, collect information unlawfully, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or infringing content, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

The website may link to services such as WhatsApp, email providers, hosting platforms, or external references. Those services are operated independently and governed by their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and fees. A link does not amount to an endorsement of every statement or service on the external site.

We aim to keep the website useful and available but may update, suspend, or remove content without notice. These website terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Kenya may hear disputes that cannot be resolved informally, subject to any mandatory rights or agreed dispute process that applies.

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the website, services, or applicable requirements. The updated date identifies the current version. Continued use after publication means the revised website terms apply from that point.
